I happened upon this place for lunch after shopping in the area.
I ordered the beef shawarma wrap.
After ordering, I saw more menu items on the flat screens next to the printed menu hung on the wall. So check it out if you are wanting to assess all your options before ordering.
The service was good. The place clean and pleasant.
And the food was really good! The wrap was full and the meat delicious. The little side salad was fresh and went well with the wrap.
I'd eat here again if in the area.
Excellent food. Everything tasted very fresh. The service was also very kind and happy to welcome us! The chicken shawarma wrap was very delicious. Ask for extra pickles! Don't miss dessert with baklava to go.
I had multiple appointments with my son at Mayo Clinic. We had a lunch break in between appointments but didn't want to eat at the cafeteria and needed a nearby place. We found AZ Kabob House nearby. The lady at the register (I believe the owner) was very pleasant and friendly. She asked if it was our first time, and when we told her it was, she explained the menu, made some suggestions, and gave us a 10% discount for our first visit. Both my son and I ordered the chicken shawarma pita with fries. The chicken was flavorful, and the pita was fluffy. After my son was finished, he wanted some baklava. I told him to go to the register and order one. When we were walking to the car, my son told me the lady gave him the baklava for free. He was extremely happy. It was a very stressful day for both of us dealing with all the appointments. The food delicious, the customer service was amazing, but the simple act of giving my son a free dessert made our day a little less stressful. If you're near the area you definitely should try this place. I will definitely be back if I'm in the area.

I always get the gyros plate, and the gyros meat is fresh, delicious, and plentiful...love the rice & cold, fresh salad that comes with the entree. The pita bread and tzatziki are great, too. Next time I will get out of my comfort zone, and order something else. My husband loves their chicken shawarma...yeah, I'm going with that next visit. lol. Their prices are reasonable for the amount of food they serve.

This is very cool little Persian Kabob shop. The service is excellent and prompt and fast. The shop very clean and well lit. It's clear the staff take pride in there work and the restaurant. I had there falafel which is delicious and I will totally be having it in a sandwich next time I go. I also had the lamb sandwich which I really love. Instead of being served shredded like most Persian places I've been to this lamb sandwich was served with big chunks of slow roasted lamb. Really great stuff plus the price is right. For an appetizer and a sandwich. I paid only 18 dollars which is a steal compared to other Persian restaurants in town which up mark everything and kill the incentive to return to the restaurant. This place balances both quality and cost. It is a little hard to find in the shopping mall and you may have to hunt for it but it is definitely worth it.
Delicious and fast! I've been here a few times before, but this time I thought I would splurge a little and try the lamb. It was really good, but a touch dry. The rice is always so flavorful. The portion size is large and filling.

I tried this place in North Scottsdale while I was visiting someone at the Mayo Clinic Hospital. I picked it because it had great ratings and it did not disappoint! I tried the Shirazi Salad, the Baba Ganoush, and some Gyro meat with Taziki It was all super yummy! The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating instead of 5 is because it looked a tad bit unkempt when I was in there. The dining area has formal modern farmhouse look and there was plenty of seating with a high top table and some regular 4 tops. The following things gave me the "unkempt" impression: First, there was an unattended mop in the dining room, second, some tables were left uncleared and, third, there was a lot of stuff stacked in the hallway like it was a storage area. These things kinda kill the clean vibe. I probably just caught them after the lunch rush, but I think this would turn some patrons off so I thought it was important to mention. I personally still plan to visit again and to try some of their other delicious offerings. I am most excited to try the Stews, the Kebabs, and the Saffron Ice Cream Sandwich!
